A Ugandan customer who studied in China and is interested in brick making machines came to our factory during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
Our leader warmly received him and took him to operate our machine in person. Because the customer learned some Chinese during his study in China, we had no problem communicating in Chinese and English. It was a very interesting customer visit!

  On September 13, 2024, the weather was clear and the sky was bright. In the morning, the container was slowly drove into our factory and started loading today. The customer also purchased building materials from other factories and brought them to our factory for loading. The workers used a crane to lift the goods to the door of the container one by one, and then lifted them into the innermost part of the container and placed them in order; then they started to load the mixer pump. In the meantime, they planned and carefully lifted the equipment into the container, and finally placed the pipes one by one; all the corners in the middle were fixed very well. As the sun set, with the concerted efforts of the workers, who were not afraid of hardship and fatigue, the entire container was successfully loaded, sealed, and the truck drove away.
  The loading list and shipping pictures have also been sent to the customer as soon as possible, and we are heading to the next container!

  In September 2024, Sanqgroup factories shipped  JS1500 mixer, 40m3 concrete pump to Uganda. However, the customer's budget was insufficient and they did not choose concrete batching plant, so they purchased JS1500 with a platform, lifting hopper, ladder, and guardrail. The customer directly used it for producing concrete and used it together with JS1500 mixer, 40m3 concrete pump.
  The customer has previously purchased our mixer and trailer pump, and they are very satisfied with the quality and service of our products, so they have repurchased them this year.
  I believe that after receiving the goods, the customer will continue to strengthen in-depth cooperation with the three strong factories.

  August 28, 2024, in the morning, we went to the airport to pick up the customer. We chatted happily on the way and arrived at our factory unknowingly.
  Sitting in the spacious conference room, we introduced our company products and culture to the customer and played the video. The customer was very interested. After lunch, we started to visit the workshop. The customer was surprised by our modern advanced production line and agreed with us. She said on the spot that she wanted to cooperate with us and was very satisfied with our factory. We explained every step of the production process to the customer, from raw materials to the whole vehicle, from the production workshop to the workshop to be shipped. The customer had a comprehensive understanding of this product and our factory.
  In the evening, we had a pleasant dinner together and sent the customer back to the hotel, ending a perfect day.
