Our Jamaica Customer Dwayne has bought two sets of block machine from my factory.
And the customer comes across some problems, that is, the workers are not familiar with the block machines, and couldn't install and operate the block machines perfectly.
Then my team worked out the solutions: our most professional engineer manager can visit customer and help the installation, as well as help the workers to operate the block machine rightly. However, the customer is thankful for our great help and kindly advices.
With about 35 days preparation for the visa, hotel, visiting plan, airline tickets, however, the engineer manager begins the visiting Journey in May.
The engineer manager begins the work as soon as he arrives in customer’s block production plant. He works together with the workers to improve the installation of block machines, adjust the connection of each machine, testing all the machines by himself, modify the block molds as per customer's specific requests. In addition to, our engineer manager also teach the workers to operate the block machine, maintain the block machines, etc. With 15 days hard work, the block machines can produce the finished blocks high efficiently, and the workers can operate the machines smoothly. The most important is, the worker can maintain the block machines easily.
The customer really appreciated the excellent work of the engineer manager, as well as the cooperation of my factory. He said Linghao is reliable partner and very good friends.
