In 2023, our Philippine agent introduced us to a local customer in the Philippines. This customer is a relatively large salt supplier in the Philippines. This customer needs to accumulate a large amount of salt every year. However, the degree of automation of its warehouse is relatively low, and a lot of manpower and material resources are required to load and unload salt every time, which not only takes a lot of time, but also has low efficiency.
The customer requires the use of equipment to transport the salt pulled from outside into the warehouse. In order to meet customer requirements, we held 6 video conferences with customers, changed the major plan 8 times, and changed the minor plan dozens of times. After that, the customer came to our company and finally finalized the final plan.
Our workers carefully completed the production for the customer. It took 3 days to load the container this time, and a total of 6 containers were loaded.
After the equipment arrives in Manila, we will continue to assist customers in the installation work.
