1.OEM moulds and produced by my facotory, so the moulds will be excellent and absolutely standard.
2.The shapes, the size of moulds, quantity of blocks per moulds can be customized as per customers' requirements.
3.Raw Material: Manganese is adopted, the moulds will be very durable.
4.Heat Treament: Carburizing treatment is adopted so that mould is more durable (about more than 50%), because the carbon content on the surface of the mold is increased more, and the surface strength is further strengthened.
5.Cutting: Wire cutting or CNC processing adopted, the mould will be accurate in size, and elegant in shape.
