1.Certificate and Inspection Service For You
The CE, ISO Certificate of Linghao block machine will be supplied.
Our certificate Dept. can also help to proceed the testing and inspection, if you need special certifiate. However, with 30+ years factory production experience, and 15+ years exporting experience, We’re sure our block machines are excellent enough to pass through various certificates.
2.Consulting Service and Technical Support:
Consulting: All the data of block machines, including the parameter, pictures, video and Feasibility Analysis Report, operation manual and so on will be supplied. In addition to, the requirments of production site, the moulds, the raw material ratio can be also advised.
Technical Support:
As per the customers’ requests such as the capacity, size of blocks, size of production plant and so on, our engineers’ team will help to work out the artwork for installation, and also the most suitable block machines for you.

3.Moulds and Spare Parts Service:
Generally speaking, one free mould will be supplied for free with the block machine. Of course, the customzied mould will be supplied with production cost as per customers’ specific requests.

1.Reliable Raw Material:
The most suitable raw material will be prepared, for example:
Q235B high-quality carbon structural steel will be for structural parts, Q345B high-quality low-alloy steel will be prepared for the wear-resistant parts, HT200 gray cast iron will be for the casting parts , ZG350-500H special casting steel will be for the vibration box, 20CrMnTi high-quality carburized steel will be for other important casting parts and 45# high-quality carbon structural steel is used for shaft transmission components and vibration core components.
The excellent electric parts including Omron, Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Emerson, Delixi, Delta, Chint, etc. will be also prepared.
2.Professional Production Available :
The production process of blocks machine will include: raw material cutting, parts processing, heat treatment, frame welding, machine assembly, electrical/hydraulic debugging and production test.
All the finished machines will be tested for 3 times, then can be delivered.
Testing will include: Welding quality, assembly quality, dimensional tolerance of the whole machine, painting quality, smooth operation and reliability, electrical/hydraulic reliability, qualified excitation force, quality of finished block products, etc.

3.Packaging and Delivery Service:
The package will be as below:
The whole machine is covered with stretch film to prevent dust and pollution. The precision hydraulic valve block and pipe fittings are sealed and packaged. The key vulnerable parts are protected by foam pads and wooden blocks.
Customers can customize the wooden box packaging of the whole machine or the steel structure frame packaging of the whole machine according to their needs.
